Engrained in BC Alpha's culture are support systems for every aspect of university life. Academic support comes in the form of study groups, access to additional resources and program mentorship via older members. Personal support through our Big Brother program has seen great success, as a new member is paired with a more senior member to rely on in a variety of ways. Professional support is also readily available from our extensive alumni and active network.
Finally, university can be an incredibly stressful time for students. At Phi Delta Theta we have an open door and open communication culture. Above all, Phi Delta Theta BC Alpha is committed to building a concrete support system for its members. This includes encouraging discussion about mental health both among its members and in the community.
